We’re so excited to ship nationwide!
Every White Dove Marketplace order is carefully packed, and shipped from Rifle, Colorado. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your region.

Local Pickup

If you’re local to Rifle, CO or nearby areas, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely. If your order is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Please email whitedovemarketplace@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s), if applicable.
    We’ll gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged.

White Dove Marketplace is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we’ll always do what we can to help you track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout! Once a package has shipped, we can’t reroute it. If it’s returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will apply to re-ship your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (especially candles and home goods), all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

Shipping FAQ

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days once it leaves our studio.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Not yet—but we hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can click the link in that email to see real-time updates.

Q: My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days at whitedovemarketplace@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you’re near Rifle, CO, select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Q: What if I typed the wrong address?
A: If you realize there’s an error before your order ships, email us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages. Returned orders will require new shipping charges.

Gift Card Policy

White Dove Marketplace e-Gift Cards make it easy to share your favorite scents and handmade goods with friends and family anywhere in the U.S.

Delivery

  • e-Gift Cards are digital only and delivered by email to the recipient immediately after purchase (or on your chosen delivery date, if scheduled).

  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the card is sent.

Redemption

  • e-Gift Cards can be redeemed only on our website (whitedovemarketplace.com).

  • Simply enter the unique code at checkout under “Gift Card or Discount Code.”

  • Balances can be used over multiple orders until the full amount is spent.

Denominations

  • Available in $25, $50, $75, and $100 values.

Expiration

  • White Dove e-Gift Cards never expire and carry no additional fees.

Refunds & Returns

  • Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Purchases made with a gift card are subject to our standard return policy for the product(s) purchased.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Treat your e-Gift Card like cash!

  • White Dove Marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, but we can help reissue the code if you have proof of purchase — just email us.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or combined with other promotional offers, unless stated otherwise.

Gift Card FAQ

Q: How will my gift card be delivered?
A: Instantly by email! You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your recipient will get a beautiful digital card in their inbox.

Q: Can I schedule a future delivery date?
A: Yes! You can choose to have your e-Gift Card sent on a specific date — perfect for birthdays or holidays.

Q: Can I use a gift card in person at markets or pop-ups?
A: At this time, e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our website. We’re working on adding local compatibility soon.

Q: What if I lose my e-Gift Card email?
A: No worries! Email us at whitedovemarketplace@gmail.com with your order details, and we can resend your card.

Q: Do e-Gift Cards expire?
A: Never! Your balance will remain active until it’s fully used.

Q: Can I buy gift cards during a sale or with a coupon?
A: Gift cards are not eligible for discounts unless explicitly mentioned in a promotion.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order!
Each White Dove Marketplace candle and product is carefully made by hand in small batches. Because of this, we can’t accept general returns or exchanges, but we’ll always make it right if something goes wrong.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preferences

  • Items that have been used or burned

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please email whitedovemarketplace@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the packaging and item(s).

  • Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the damaged item or issue a store credit/refund for that product.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please wait 24–48 hours and check with your neighbors or local post office first.

  • If the package is still missing, reach out to whitedovemarketplace@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but will assist however we can.

Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. If you received the wrong product or scent in error, please contact us and we’ll correct it as quickly as possible.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

  • e-Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Sale or discounted items are also final sale.

Q: What if I don’t like the scent I ordered?
A: We totally understand scent is personal! Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for fragrance preference, but feel free to email us for recommendations next time — we’ll help you find your perfect scent.

Q: How long do I have to report a damaged item?
A: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can replace it quickly.

Q: Will I be refunded for shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end (for example, if we sent the wrong product).

Q: Can I return a gift card?
A: Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
